MAJORELLE INVESTMENTS announces that its stake in home décor leader MAISONS DU MONDE (EPA:MDM) has doubled to reach 10%.
MAJORELLE INVESTMENTS intends to continue supporting the transformation and growth strategy of MAISONS DU MONDE through an active and productive dialogue with the board of directors and the management of the Company as it has been doing since July 2020.

MAISONS DU MONDE has taken advantage of the favourable trends in its market segment, which represents nearly 13 billion euros annually in France and more than 150 billion euros in Europe.
As a cornerstone shareholder, MAJORELLE INVESTMENTS may request the appointment of one or more members to the board of directors of the company.
